Coming Soon: New Identity Verification Service Helps Mitigate Fraud Risk

To continually support professionals during COVID, the LTSA will be introducing Identity Verification, a new service on myLTSA Enterprise.

This new service will provide a contactless way to verify a client’s identity online by conducting a series of checks between a live photo or selfie of the client, and the photo on their government-issued identification.

Using Identity Verification mitigates fraud risk in these times of social distancing and in other situations where a face-to-face meeting is not possible. Even when meeting clients face-to-face, Identity Verification eliminates the need to physically handle client identification.

Identity Verification will available be on myLTSA Enterprise soon. Sign up to be notified when the service is available.
