Please be advised the following charges will apply for shipments loading from departing origin port or departing Auckland port on or after 16th November 2020.
Applicable Charge: Port Congestion Surcharge
Due to congestion at Auckland, vessels are being delayed significantly. The delays are impacting the scheduling and operational costs of providing this service. Ocean Network Express will introduce a port congestion surcharge for all containers departing origin port or departing Auckland port on or after 16th November 2020 until the situation improves and expected turn arounds are achieved.
The Congestion Surcharge will be payable by the consignee for import cargo and the shipper for export cargo.
