Dear regular Mid-week participants, 

MID-WEEK CANCELED

This announcement is to inform you that we will be canceling Mid-week Discipleship this evening, November 4, 2020, due to a reported COVID-19 case from within our attending membership. It has been determined that definitive close contact (within 6 feet for approximately 15 minutes) was made with only 2 individuals outside of their immediate family on Sunday, November 1. This contact took place in Sunday School and out of an abundance of caution the entire Sunday School class was notified directly.

Many DBC families are large, causing expected crossover into all aspects of our lives and ministries. This crossover directly affects our volunteer base and facilities, and this factor immediately increases the complexity of maintaining the variety of ministry offerings we provide mid-week for all ages. At this time, we have determined to make every effort to protect our next Sunday gathering, November 8, and in response to the information we have been provided it is our desire to proceed carefully. 

All DBC facilities are closed, effective immediately, to allow our facilities to temporarily lie fallow and to prevent any contamination following our Thursday professional cleaning. DBC facilities will reopen Sunday morning at 8am in preparation for our Sunday School and Worship Service. Please contact Pastor David if you need to access any of our facilities and arrangements will be made to accommodate.
