Appointments for curbside pick-up should be made to reduce wait time and contact. If you can't make an appointment during regular curbside hours, stop in during Express Hours and talk to the lobby desk greeter. They will create an appointment for you to pick up curbside within 15 minutes. We cannot accommodate for delivery of holds outside of curbside or express hours.

Curbside Pickup is available from 10am - 1pm, Monday - Saturday and 3pm - 6pm Monday - Friday.
  • Although we do not have daily overdue fines, items still have an overdue status if they are not returned by their due date.
  • Items that remain overdue for 29 days automatically become "Lost." When an item becomes lost, your account is automatically charged the replacement cost of the item. This process is automated and can only be changed manually by staff updating each account individually.
  •  Lost item fees are removed from an account as soon as a “lost” item is checked in. If you have returned an item that is in quarantine, there may be a wait time before the lost item fees are removed. Please contact staff if you have questions about “lost item” fees.
  •  If you get a message saying that your account will be sent to Collections, please disregard. This is an automated message that we cannot update. We are not sending any accounts to Collections for the remainder of 2020.
  • Holds expire after 7 days. We will not be extending expiration dates or due dates, except for renewals.
  • We have to quarantine all items for 24 hours, so when you see items on your account that you have already returned, this means they are in quarantine. Please allow 3-5 days for us to check in items before you contact the library with questions.
