Free Lunches On No School Days

  • Students in preschool-12th grade can receive a boxed lunch free of charge when the school is close due to the pandemic. Since schools are closed November 23-24 due for cleaning/sanitizing, we are offering two free lunches per student for you to pick-up at the IC location on Monday, November 23 from 10:00 am-12:00. All we ask is that you pre-order at kspencer@gtacs.org and say how many you need for your student. This boxed lunch will consist of a sandwich, fruit, raw vegetables, and milk.
  • The same goes for December 21-22.

Gladhander A Success

Despite all of the challenges of the pandemic, 2020 was an incredibly positive year for us at Gladhander.  Our new online auction platform proved very user-friendly and made it possible for anyone, anywhere to view and bid on items. Our at-home Hootenannies celebrated the togetherness for which Gladhander is known. Our raffle ticket sales hit a record new level (2691 tickets sold) – an amazing tribute to Jim Beckett.

Donations to our scholarship fund and our fund for housing for the Dominican Sisters (joining us in fall 2021) were wonderful. It was an awesome display of community support, and we were humbled by it. Net proceeds were $403,258.
