I recently read a few very interesting articles that I'd like to share with you. 

The first is a lovely reminder of how, when we pause while interacting with someone, we have an opportunity to respond in a way that is more aligned with our own values. Pivot Towards Purpose

The other one is a very informative article called Insulin Resistence is a Strong Predictor of Disease  and what you can do about it.


About my in-person classes
Some of you are waiting for me to open up more classes. I've decided that it's safest for everyone involved to stay with just two classes a week until the new year. In that way the equipment is not shared and I can create a safe bubble for those attending. 

If you miss coming to my classes please consider coming to my weekly class on Saturdays at 8:30am at Mantra in Thornbury. It's a much larger studio and it can accommodate up to ten students. Bring your own mat.

There is also the option of listening to my audio recordings which are pretty much the same as the in-person classes.

The warm ( hot) weather has truly dampened my enthusiasm for indoor activities. So I guess I will consider myself finished with the online Yoga classes for the time being.
