What Zillowing for Senior Housing Will Look Like
With the U.S. population aged 65+ expected to grow by more than 30 million over the next three decades, senior housing is poised to play an ever-more significant role in the real estate market.

In her latest article, MetaProp Principal Jeanne Casey dives deep into the topic, discussing how the ongoing impact of COVID-19 within senior housing communities has exposed a care gap in many facilities. She believes the crisis has also highlighted the need for increased family engagement and social interaction and has hit investors' bottom lines. As owners and operators urgently seek solutions amid the continuing pandemic, Casey believes early-stage tech can and should play a pivotal role.

At MetaProp, we are excited about the growth in technologies that give owners and operators of independent living, assisted living, and nursing care facilities a competitive advantage, and enable better care and comfort for residents.
