Our Fundraising Raffle is being held this Saturday, October 31st and I am appealing to you all to support it. I know many members have already generously done so but to those of you who have not yet, I am asking you to support OUR ONLY FUNDRAISER THIS YEAR.
We are very lucky to have great prizes as follows:
1st prize is 'Rush Hour at Glandore Harbour'
This Deirdre Brennan painting is an evocative image of the boats on the water. Deirdre's reputation grows year on year and this summer some of you may have seen her work which was exhibited in Mary Ann's in Castletownsend.
2nd prize is a 9ct gold pendant 'Glandore Acorn' from Wilds in Glandore.
This piece really is rather special!
3rd prize is two boxes of wine - one red and one white from Irish Organic Wine Importers kindly donated by Fergal and Seamus Goulding, a treat to be savoured on a winters evening.
The draw will take place on Saturday, October 31st and the results will be published on our website. Winners will be contacted directly.
Tickets are €20 for one or €100 for six. They can be bought on our website or by calling Myriam on 087 7806437. The raffle closes on Friday, October 30th at midnight.
A big thank you to those who have already purchased tickets. Remember it is vital to the wellbeing of our Club that we keep a few bob in our kitty! We depend on your support.
