We are excited to share with you one of the recent projects we completed for HDR. This state of the art renovation for internationally known HDR, Inc., located on the 7th floor of the Wells Fargo Center in downtown Lincoln, provides an exceptional location coupled with views of the Lincoln skyline. Working from concept sketches, BIC developed working budgets that were maintained through occupancy. Liz Barton of HDR was closely involved at every step, leading design and construction for an innovative, timely and cost-effective space.
The building management team members, Tammy Walter and Richard Meginnis of NAI/FMA did a wonderful job of facilitating every trade involvement and material delivery. Much of the work required after hours and interim shut down for existing services.
