Despite the pandemic, the Solvere Living management team has gone through the paces of marketing and selling three different and distinctive development communities. Aspire at Belmont Bay in Woodridge, VA is scheduled to open in January; and Avalina at Sunrise, Fla. and Heartis Venice, Fla. are scheduled to open at the end of the year.
