Last year, CGT provided nearly $6,000 in scholarships to almost 40 percent of our gardeners, including refugees and families who lacked the financial capacity to enroll in our programs. These scholarships, along with the educational support, expert gardening advice, tools, and encouragement we offer, provide a lifeline to those who are most in need.
So that CGT can meet the growing demand for scholarships and cover the increased operational expenses necessary to sustain our programs, we have set a goal of $10,000 for our Growing Food Resiliency Campaign.
