QSEC is seeking volunteer Board Directors to help elevate the Queensland Social Enteprise Sector to the next level.

QSEC is currently transitioning to a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) and is seeking nominations for the inaugural Board of Directors.

Members will elect up to FIVE (5) Board of Directors (Members only), and a further two (2) appointed Directors (from either Members or Associate Members) will be selected by the elected board.

We contacted all of the the state candidates to gauge their support for our sector. The Greens were the only party to respond to the survey. This means we have to work harder than ever to make sure that Social Enterprises are on the map to assist with local economic recovery. However you vote this election.. make sure you contact your elected representatives to demonstrate just how much you do for your community!
