Quick Updates:

  • Flu Vaccine Stock
    • The East Midlands Team recently shared communications regarding access to additional NHS stock. This outlined how pharmacies may access vaccine stock and how this should be used. However, stock is not yet available; further communication will be issued once this can be accessed.
    • You may wish to think about further flu planning now. Your PCN lead may discuss your plans with you in the coming weeks.

  • Primary Care Networks (PCNs)

  • New Pharmacy Regulations
    • New pharmacy regulations have been laid which set out changes to the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework (CPCF). These are not fully in force at the moment, but will begin to implement changes agreed as part of the five year CPCF deal.
