Flemington Race Course won't have any crowds in the stands on Tuesday but we have a FULL HOUSE booked in and ready to enjoy an action packed day.
Ticket holders, please bring your tickets to indicate your pre selected choice of main meal to wait staff. There is also a chance for you to win a door prize, so long as you have your ticket with you.
FASHIONS ON THE FIELD will be taking a different slant in this very different year. As well as the 'best dressed' lady & gent, we will be on the lookout for 'the MOST OUT THERE or FLAMBOYANT' dresser. So........ if you don't know what to wear, be brave and look outside the square!

Bowls News
MENS BOWLS
Hello bowlers.
Pennant Season is under way. Tonight our First Division Team is playing Dudley Park under lights at home, come down and support our boys in which will be a tough contest.
54 Bowlers for Wednesday Social Bowls, another great turnout and an enjoyable afternoon. Good to see some of the newer bowlers amongst the winners.
Coming up on Wednesday the 18th of November is our Open Split Fours, get a team in as this is a well supported event.
The Mens Championship Fours scheduled for this Sunday has been postponed to a later date. You all understand why this has happened. The ball is in your court now. There will be no Championship event played with less than 8 teams. It is not the responsibility of the Match Committee to find teams, that is up to you the bowlers. If you have any suggestions please put them in writing to the Bowls Committee.
The next Championship event is the Veterans and Novice scheduled for Sunday the 22nd and 29th November. Novice players are under 2 years as a bowler. Veterans over 70 at the time of the Championships, that is most of you.
If you know of anyone who may be interested in sponsoring an event please let us know as even a $100 helps a lot especially for our Club Championship events.
Good Bowling

Bowls Coaching Corner
One of the biggest faults that occurs is that players do not keep there feet and shoulders square to there line. So on delivery make sure your hand is pointing along your line on delivery, then you will not turn your shoulders.
Monday afternoon at 2 pm coaching will be on through the pennant season come and get your basics checked , you could then maybe earn extra points for your team.
Coaching Clinics also 8.30 am Friday mornings
