Accepting Applications for AHSS Small Grant Program
The KSU Graduate School is pleased to announce the seventh year of the Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Small Grant Program, to support research expenses for master's and PhD students in their final year of study. Grants of up to $1,000 will support direct research costs such as travel to an archive, data collection, or exhibition and performance expenses for graduate students doing original research in the arts, humanities, and social sciences. A panel of faculty in these disciplines will review applications in late 2020. Funds will be available after January 15, 2021.

The application deadline is 5:00 pm on November 10th.

AAUW Scholarship Opportunities for Female Graduate Students
The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is a global leader in educational funding for women, awarding nearly $4 million annually to women scholars (graduate/professional degree student, postdocs, and faculty). The recipients conduct research and pursue study in a wide range of disciplines.

Travel award applications are due December 1st for travel to professional events OR registration fees for virtual events that begin any time in February. If you are new to the travel award process, please review the information provided on the Graduate School webpage.

At this time, travel awards may be used to cover registration fees for virtual events or physical travel to events if travel is approved with the university.
