Kids with Confidence
8–12 Years
Kids With Confidence is a program aimed at developing the general social skills of youth. It focuses on topics such as friendship building, self-esteem, teamwork, bullying and assertiveness. During each session youth work on developing these skills through a variety of engaging activities.

NEW! – Art for the Heart
14–17 Years
Come and join us for a night full of art, creativity and mindfulness where we will be exploring various art mediums to celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and artistic individuality. Not only will each session include an art project, but we will also explore mindfulness activities that you can use to help manage strong emotions and difficult situations.

Engage!
12–15 Years
Join our Child & Youth Team for a weekly afternoon program for 12-15-year-olds to engage the heart, mind, and body. Step out of your comfort zone and get your heart pumping, wrack your brain to win a scavenger hunt race, escape a room to find the hidden treasure, and test your limits through a series of obstacle courses with your fellow teammates.

NEW! – Zoom Room
14–18 Years
Do you miss getting together with your friends? Do you just want a place to hang out, chat, play silly games and get to know new people? Search no more because we have the program for you! We are hosting a Zoom “Chat Room” which will allow you to do just that! We will have games planned for each night such as Jackbox TV games like Quiplash and Fakin’ It as well as old school games like Pictionary, charades and hangman. We will allow time for discussion around topics such as current events, school, and mental health.
