Join Sue Wandless on Monday 17th November at 11.00am in our latest Wellbeing Series Workshop. The workshop will last for 90 minutes and Sue will present the latest research and guidelines about the condition; she will increase your understanding and awareness of Osteoporosis and demonstrate the best Pilates exercises to help you improve your bone density and strength. There will also be a Q & A session to wrap up the workshop and all participants will receive the workshop notes and an audio recording of the event.
