One of the biggest challenges that projects encounter is when managers fail to communicate key information to the right people at the right time. That is why the first strategic step should be the identification of the project stakeholders. Stakeholders are the key players who can drive the business to the next level or cause its downfall. This is why keeping them satisfied and meeting business requirements’ expectations is vital for a business’ success. Attend this workshop to gain an overview of how to become skilled at identifying and managing these individuals to have effective interactions that could be key to a successful project result.

Innovation Workshop: How to Present and Pitch More Effectively by Saying Less & Funding Opportunities Workshop

Time: 10:00 – 12:00 Date 10th Nov 2020 Tuesday, on Zoom

Public speaking skills is viewed as a necessity by businesses as it can be used for a wide breath of applications such as delivering motivational speeches, professional presentations and training exercises. Whether it’s to sell a product or service or to pitch to investors for resources,, a public speaker representing a business must be able to persuade listeners. However, Public Speaking is ranked almost as the number one fear amongst adults. Also known as glossophobia, it can often prevent businesses from winning a key contract or cause professionals to lose out on a promotion. In this session, we will address the reasons for this and explain how it is possible to be a more effective in communicating your message by saying less than you otherwise would.

Innovation Workshop: Project Management for Non-Project Managers Workshop & Funding Opportunities

Time: 10:30 -12:30 Date: 18th Nov 2020 Thursday, on Zoom

Fight flu this winter!

Did you know that people at high risk from flu are also most at risk from COVID-19?

There’s never been a better time to protect yourself, your friends and family from the double danger of seasonal flu and coronavirus.

The most at-risk people will be invited first to take up this year’s flu vaccination, free of charge.

Once the vaccination of the most ‘at-risk’ groups is well underway, health services will confirm when best to invite people aged 50 to 64 to secure their flu vaccination.

Get your flu vaccination at your GP surgery, a local pharmacy, your workplace, school or midwifery service.
