We are excited to announce our investment in PrimaryBid, a platform connecting retail investors with public companies raising capital. The $50m Series B investment was picked up by Sky News and TechCrunch, while Michael & Josh also outline why FISV has invested in PrimaryBid.

FISV invested alongside Omers Ventures, Draper Esprit, London Stock Exchange Group and ABN Amro Ventures. Existing investors Pentech Ventures and Outward VC also supported the growth round.

We're eager to get working with Anand and the team at PrimaryBid to integrate their services into Fidelity’s retail brokerage offering to further broaden access to capital issuances.

We were equally excited to complete our Series C investment in DriveWealth, an API-based brokerage-as-a-service provider designed to modernise brokerage and embedded finance infrastructure. The New Jersey based team and powers an impressive roster of clients to seamlessly access securities markets powering the likes of Revolut, Stake, Hatch and MoneyLion. Bence explains the market trends fueling DriveWealth's rapid growth and our investment.

FISV invested in the $57m Series C round alongside existing investors Point72 Ventures, LLC, Raptor Group, SBI Holdings, Inc. and Route 66 Ventures, and fellow new investor Mouro Capital. We look forward in working with the team to help enfranchise a new generation of investors around the world.

FISV Welcomes

• SteelEye welcomed Rob Friend to the team as COO. Most recently at Bloomberg, Rob previously led Middle Office operations across various divisions of  JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs.
• Hivemind appoints Jon Bratton as CCO. He joins from Snowflake where he focused on developing strategic accounts. Jon also has experience taking new products to market at Microsoft and has scaled early stage SaaS and analytics platforms in Europe.
