"Commit your works to the LORD And your plans will be established." Proverbs 16:3

FALL 2020

Dear <<First Name>>,

The work of ministry for a missionary is not only present on foreign soil but also consists of seizing every moment to serve Christ and His church wherever the Lord leads. This year has brought a whirlwind of challenges for everyone as a result of lockdowns, restrictions and various extreme responses to Covid-19. While on our home field ministry here in the States, we have traveled thousands of miles living as nomadic missionaries in temporary homes. The challenges in these changing times cannot be compared to the abounding blessings of knowing our unchangeable Lord and Savior - Jesus!

We have been so blessed to see God’s provisions, fellowship with believers and serve in various ways from the East to West Coast. Our joy is fulfilled in Christ as we were able to spend quality time with believers whom we love dearly, share details regarding our ministry in France, and serve in various churches while spending precious time together as a family.

FRANCE
The ministry in France is currently being challenged by lockdowns and government regulations. The socialistic French government is not allowing their citizens to leave their homes unless they are taking “essential trips” such as shopping for groceries, traveling to work and medical visits. They are also are not permitted to travel more than 1 km (less than a mile - 0.62 mile) from their home. And, when they leave their home, they must carry a document of permission to justify their departure. Those found in disobedience could face a fine of 135.00 to 3,750.00 euros (= $160.00 to $4,378.00 dollars). This continues to fuel the flames of depression and violence among the people living in an ungodly nation.
We are using technology to keep in touch with those in France with whom we will be serving. And, as soon as travel restrictions banning non-French citizens are lifted, we can purchase our plane tickets and go back to our ministry in France. Then, we will begin Church Planting in city of Cannes with the Brambila family while building a foundation for a future training center in France. Until our departure to France, we will continue to serve in various capacities here in the States while preparing for our departure. Here are some French news headlines to give you an idea of current situation in France:

Homeschooling to be outlawed in France?
This headline caught our attention as both we and our teammates homeschool our sons. School in France is not about learning. It's about indoctrination. This new bill will be introduced to French legislation on December 9th. Please pray that homeschooling will not be banned. There are approximately 50,000 homeschoolers in France.

Thank you so much for you love and support for us.  We love and appreciate you all!
