Stories about the food we don't eat...
It is not very often you see a Minister eating potato ice cream, but this week at the Adelaide HQ, the Hon Sussan Ley, Minister for the Environment, was introduced to this delicious use of second-grade potatoes by our Board Director Robbie Davis, also CEO of Potatoes SA, and John Carragher, University of Adelaide.

The Minister heard from our CEO Steve Lapidge on the latest from the CRC, and also met with some of our SA industry participants Peats Soils and Compost, East Waste, Primary Industries and Regions - SARDI, and Food SA.

This new report presents a global baseline literature review across academic and industry publications for the APPMA and provides a landscape study of relevant technologies and their (potential) impact on food waste and loss. MORE>>
