Dear CIFOR friends and colleagues,

Thank you for joining our recent online workshop Transforming REDD+ in Indonesia, part of a series of events hosted by CIFOR’s Global Comparative Study on REDD+ (GCS REDD+) team.

More than 200 people attended the webinar, and we were pleased to see so much interest and engagement from around the world.

From results-based payments to financing for REDD+ to provincial level jurisdictional approaches in Indonesia, we were happy to share the results of more than 10 years of research and analysis.

But there is more work to be done. There is little time left to protect the world’s remaining tropical forests and the people whose livelihoods depend on them. Thank you for continuing to work with us to ensure that decision-makers at all levels are equipped with the knowledge to promote effective, efficient and equitable policies and actions that help meet both climate and development goals.
