Dear Members

As you can see in the message above from SALAA last night, unfortunately we have to cancel the next two weeks of training and meets.

State PB Classic 1 and Interclub are also postponed until further notice.
Lets hope they can be rescheduled and we can go ahead with State Relay Day as planned.
I will keep you updated as the Covid information unfolds this week.

On another note, I have made 3 new blue baskets for the large groups who need to split on a Friday.

This week, I will spray all the shot puts their correct colour for weight, to make them easier to identify. 
I had a query about correct weights for shot put and discus last week. The laminated sheets in the baskets with the pink highlight are the correct weights for the 2020/21 season.  Over the years some weights for age have changed, so please only refer to this laminated document.
