As we worship in-person
* Let's leave the blue zone parking spaces for church attendees who have difficulty walking.
* Let's wear masks and keep 6 ft. social distant the entire time we are together. We have extra masks, if you forget.
* If you need assistance, please ask an usher.
* After the worship service, we can have our conversations outside of the Narthex, still maintaining social distancing & wearing masks.

* The Nursery and Lounge/Library are available for nursing moms & infants and small children with their parents.

Thank you for helping St. Luke church remain safe and healthy.

St. Luke Radiant
Sanctuary Space at Home

Before worship starts, each household is encouraged to:
  1. Light a candle or light a lamp.
  2. Open your Bible or Bible app to today's readings.
  3. Prepare a place at a table/desk. Do you have a flower in a vase or a plant? a cross? Liturgical decorations?
  4. For the Sacrament of Holy Communion: Prepare a plate with one slice, piece, or loaf of bread to be broken and shared, and enough cups of wine (red, rose or white are all fine) or grape juice for each participant. Cover everything with a clean cloth or napkin.

Introducing a New Liturgy!
“The gift of language combined with the gift of song was given to humanity that we should proclaim the Word of God through music!”  - Martin Luther
Dear St. Luke community, we are introducing a new liturgy this Christ the King weekend which will continue through the weekends of Epiphany!  This liturgy is not from any of our usual Ten Settings in our ELW, but from the “Service Music” sections of our ELW (Evangelical Lutheran Worship) and WOV (With One Voice)- a well-kept secret with beautiful musical selections (Kyries, Hymn of Praises, Lamb of Gods etc.) which we have been encouraged to use, by the larger church.  May God bless our worship!

We will share the service on our Facebook page (Facebook/@STLukeABQ) and through a link on our website www.StLukeABQ.org. You do not need to be a Facebook member to participate in this service. This year, the offering from the service will benefit Heading Home's Holiday of Hope Campaign. This is an opportunity to provide something which every person needs in their life, at all times:  Hope.  The Interfaith Community is proud to partner with Heading Home this holiday season as they work with hundreds of homeless families and individuals to provide them with items such as clothing, toiletries, toys and books for children, and nonperishable food. To support their work in the community, please consider participating in Heading Home’s Holiday of Hope Campaign.  You can make a  contribution to this campaign as part of in-person or on-line giving before December 15th. Please annotate that your gift is for the Interfaith Community.
