FREE PHYSICALS
When: Saturday, November 21, 2020
Where: Delmar Fieldhouse, 2020 Mangum, Houston TX. 77092
Time: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
For: All athletes, band members, cheerleaders and drill/dance team members
In preparation for possible middle school Athletics season in the spring. The HISD Department of Athletics along with St. Joseph’s and Concierge Scheduling will offer FREE physicals on Saturday November 21,2020. Face coverings must be worn at all times. Social distancing will be fully in force. Students will sign in, complete the COVID 19 Questionnaire, have their temperature checked, receive a number and report back to their vehicle. The number received will be placed on the dashboard and someone will notify you when it’s your time to take your physical. Students will need their own physical form. While waiting in your vehicle, parents are to fill out the medical history form. Family members will not be allowed in the fieldhouse and must remain in their vehicle. If a student is ill do not make plans to attend as they will not be allowed in. If all instructions are not followed, students will be asked to leave.
