Hi <<First Name>>,

We would like to inform you that our code of conduct for ambassadors and registered users of the Thinkuknow education programme has been updated.

Please take time to read through them and our Thinkuknow values and share with any colleagues who use our resources and delegates you train.

As an ambassador, we expect the following:

  • You will only use the Ambassador title when delivering Thinkuknow training or materials.
  • You will not use the Ambassador title in a way which may suggest that you're in the employment of our Education team or the NCA.
  • You will not use the Ambassador title in a way from which you may directly profit financially or otherwise. For example, you will not charge for delivering the Thinkuknow Introduction course or make financial gain from the use of Thinkuknow resources.
  • You will deliver a minimum of one Thinkuknow Introduction Course each year
  • You will make sure that you use the latest training resources provided by us and will not use any resources which we have retired or replaced.
  • You will always behave appropriately and in a professional manner – this includes not discussing the content of any training in public places and not behaving in a way that could damage the reputation of the Education team or the NCA.
