We're removing Facebook Login.

Hi,

You are receiving this email because you have used Facebook to sign in to your Concepts account. Over the past year, Facebook Login has rendered Concepts unusable for all users on more than one occasion, so we've made the decision to remove it from the app. The latest update, Concepts 5.8.7 (available now in the App Store), removes this capability from the app. 

You can still continue using your existing Concepts account by following these steps:

1. Make sure you are using the latest version of Concepts (5.8.7). You can check this in the Updates section of the App Store, or by finding Concepts via App Store Search.

2. Open Concepts.

3. You’ll see a notification “Sign in with Facebook has been removed”. Tap the link on the notification to reset your password.

4. You will receive an email from concepts@concepts.app.

5. Use the link in the email to reset your password.

6. Sign in to your Concepts account using your email address and the new password.

Once you're signed in, you can choose to connect other sign in methods from Apple or Google. Facebook Login will continue working in older versions of Concepts (though we don't recommend that option).
