Our family has been on the road for 4 months now at 13 new and old YWAM locations in 3 nations, so many COVID-19 tests and stretching trials, but so many clear God moments that make us amazed that we are part of what’s happening. The aim of the trip is to follow Holy spirit where He leads and connect with and encourage and serve YWAM bases across this part of Africa. We have been to

God has provided the £58,000 that is needed for phase one building of the new YWAM base at the Dzaleka refugee camp that houses 42,000 refugees in Malawi. The YWAM staff at the camp have done so well, doing what they could do, digging fountains and moulding 50,000 bricks. And God has done what He can do, through your prayers and generosity has provided enough to build the first dormitory and training building. PRAISE HIM!

Here's Sooz & Anthea. We have made so many new friends on this journey but some we would love you to pray for is Gerald and Anthea who are going to pioneer YWAM Walvis Bay Namibia. They are the first Namibians to get a vision from God to plant a YWAM base in Namibia! This is big news and this base is going to have an awesome impact, please pray with them!

With the challenges of COVID-19 we needed running water for the 600 kids at YWAMs Chiwaya school. Mike and the community development team have been doing a great job building a tower with tank and solar panels and pump and the water is now flowing for the school and community. Yay God!

YWAM Livingstone’s base leaders Sandwell and Brenda welcomed us so beautifully in Eastern Zambia. We are so happy to see a big need for this base start to move forward. We need £3,000 total to put a well, pump, solar panels and water tower in. Half of this has been given! Praise God! Pray with us that the other £1,500 needed will be given. This is the first of 2 fields at Chiwaya school that have been purchased for us to plant a forest to provide a sustainable supply of fire wood for the feeding program at the school which gives breakfast to all 600 kids every day. Please pray that the tree planting is really fruitful.

We have been building a church and community outreach building with Justin Mapemba’s church (our builder in Blantyre these last 7 years) and we are celebrating the opening of the church and community projects, sewing training, computer training, community library, pre school and adult education. We praise you God that you are reaching this community!

We had such an adventure travelling in a boat across very crocodile infested waters from Siavonga to YWAM Munyama where Daniel & Lizeti December are living right out in one of the most forgotten and remotest part of the Kariba Dam in southern Zambia. She’s a doctor, he’s a church planter and they are heroes that we must pray for! Pray that the explosion of church planting they are investing their lives for happens soon! That this Kariba valley is reached for Jesus.

After about 2 months of Daniel working with the team here the bulk of the construction on the gates and 900m of fences around the YWAM Lusaka property is done. The fence was a required step needed to open the clinic, so now that it’s done, soon the clinic and primary school will open. Please pray with us for the clinic and school!

This is Suzy’s finished prophetic declaration over YWAM Lusaka. This base will be so fruitful! And as God said to the team here, as the trees bear fruit in the natural the ministries will start to bear amazing fruit!

We were honored to be in Lusaka and see an epic DTS Missionary training school launch in the midst of COVID restrictions. The base leader Pauline got approval to run, and 12 students joined hungry to know God and make Him Known. Pray for the students and staff. Here are the students profiles.

A life giving time for us was to be part of a conference and gatherings for pastors in Livingstone stirring up this move of God awakening His African bride to take the gospel to the nations. There is a growing move of Pastors in Zambia and Southern Africa who believe that God is speaking to them about sending numerous missionaries from Africa to the unreached. People groups that have never received the gospel before will be reached because Africans GO!

Please Hold Frank Kratz in your prayers He has been a YWAMer for some years in Malawi based in Blantyre but serving at many bases. He has been diagnosed with late stage inoperable kidney cancer and is back in South Africa in need of a healing miracle!
