Firstly, disassemble or strip all your parts. We do recommend completely stripping engines and large/complex parts. Stuff openings tightly with rags, seal with high-quality gasket maker and cover with hard plastic cut to shape. Be aware that water or glass may still squeeze past. We will not be able to provide materials or labour to cover any holes, channels or bearings.
Glass particles will clog your bearings and moving parts, so if you intend on re-using them, it's better to remove your bearings. The process is safe for most rubber/silicon components. Oh, and please ensure oil is drained out of all parts.
