Click here to visit the online Fall Hayhurst Book Fair at Annie Bloom’s Bookstore!

All phone orders and online purchases placed 11/10-11/15 that specify "We're from Hayhurst!" benefit our school library as well as support our neighborhood indie bookstore!

Look for the Hayhurst Book Fair section on Annie Bloom’s website to find teacher wish lists and the Hayhurst Library wish list.

Annie Bloom’s offers curbside pick up, local delivery and shipping for all your orders. Books purchased for the wish lists can be picked up by the school staff - just mention in the comment section which books are to be held for staff to pick up.

Gift cards and pre-orders qualify too! Think holiday shopping & free gift wrapping!

Please consider purchasing an e-gift card so we can share the book love with Hayhurst families in need.  Send e-gift cards to Kathy Lee, Hayhurst Principal’s Secretary: klee1@pps.net.  Thank you for supporting the Hayhurst community and a local business!

Thank you for your support,
The Library Ladies (Ms. Chambers and Ms. Jones)

Hayhurst 2020 Virtual Auction Fundraiser - December 3-7 (Takeout Dinner Dec. 5)

A Circus Indeed: The 2020 Hayhurst Virtual Auction

What. a. year. Yet, still our Hayhurst parents and teachers have stepped up for our community, from providing supplemental food bags for local families to caring for our courtyard habitat.

To support all that our parents and teachers do for Hayhurst, it's time to raise the revenue we need to continue this great work - when we need it more than ever!

For this mostly online event, a menu of choices to show your support:

1. Family Dinner on Saturday, December 5thorder by 12/3
Support Hayhurst and a Hayhurst local business by getting a take-out family dinner from Grand Cru Catering on Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway. Just for us, they have created a simple, family-friendly fajita dinner with all the add-ons. Visit the form here to order your own dinner, and you can add on beverages from juice boxes to winter sangria, dessert, or even delivery. For every dinner sold, Grand Cru will donate $10 to the Hayhurst PTO.

2. A Virtual Auction - Bid Online from Thursday, December 3rd - Monday, December 7th
Support your school community and get some goodies for holiday giving, or just something to look forward to in 2021! From a Yakima rooftop tent to gift certificates for travel and local treats, we will have something for everyone. We will let you know in ALL of the ways when this auction opens and closes - stay tuned.

3. Just Give - TODAY
Every dollar raised through PayPal on the Hayhurst PTO website, from today until December 7th, will count as part of the "A Circus Indeed" 2020 event. If bake sales and runs and sales and events are not for you, just give what feels right for your family here.

Call for volunteers: we could definitely use some help! Interested in spreading the word, helping us get presents out the door, honoring our local businesses who have supported our auction? Get plugged in by emailing Christy Splitt.

Also, shout out to our two awesome auction sponsors:
NW Public Affairs and Alpenrose!

We are also accepting any donations for the online auction! Mountain cabins and beach houses, local products we can include in packages, or even a gift certificate to wrap gifts or for a holiday treat would be welcome.

Support the School - Shop with Scrip

Gift card fundraising is the best way to earn money for our school. Buy electronic gift cards from your favorite brands to earn a rebate back for the Hayhurst PTO. No extra money spent. No extra time wasted.

Use gift cards at full value for your daily purchases

Earnings come from brands, not from your pocket, so electronic gift cards are worth every penny. Raise money simply by doing everyday things-like grabbing your morning coffee or ordering dinner for the family.

How it works

  • Buy electronic gift cards at face value
  • Hayhurst PTO earns a rebate back on every gift card you buy
  • Use gift cards at full value for your everyday purchases

How to get started

Create an account on the RaiseRight app or ShopWithScrip.com using our organization’s enrollment code: Contact Julie Andrews for the enrollment code.

Seamlessly check out and receive electronic gift cards faster by securely paying online with a linked bank account or credit card.
