These loos are a key element in transforming the tithe barn from simply being a rare ancient structure into a real asset valued and used by the local community. With your help we’ve made a great start and we need to keep on to raise the £30,000 needed to make this a reality.
A penny spent when the tithe barn was built is worth more than £5 today so why not spend your ‘penny’ to support this really valuable community asset? Outdoor Gym now postponed to 20th February 2021
Our next Outdoor Gym, set for Saturday 14th November, has had to be postponed.

The current Covid lockdown means that this great opportunity to get outside, get active and help maintain the barn and its surroundings cannot run as planned. The good news is that the next Outdoor Gym will take place on Saturday 20th February 2021 and will be led by our very own Landscape Architect and Horticulturalist. No experience necessary!
Watch this space for details of this wonderful way of getting some fresh air and exercise while making a contribution to this worthwhile cause.

Tithe Barns are increasingly rare in the UK and this is one of just a handful of buildings of its type remaining in Cambridgeshire. Ours is unique with so many historic features such as a thatched roof, elm timber frame, timber granary and brick threshing floor. Experts believe the Barn may well date to the medieval period. The Tithe Barn Trust is a small charity and receives no government funding. The recipient of your gift will enjoy:
