The world's largest job fair for Japanese-English bilinguals, Boston Career Forum, is being held online this year. No need to think about traveling. Germany

DAAD Rise (Undergraduate Students)
Students are matched with a host university or institute according to their area of interest (biology, chemistry, physics, earth sciences, engineering, or a closely related field). DAAD provides students a monthly stipend for three months to help cover living expenses. Host universities, universities of applied sciences (UAS) and institutes provide housing assistance and match students with Ph.D. student mentors or researchers (only UAS). German language is not required and the working language will be in English.

DAAD Professional (Masters and Doctoral Students)
The program is open for students in the field of biology, chemistry, computer science, physics, earth science, engineering or a closely related field. All participants receive a scholarship from DAAD and an additional stipend from their host company/institution to help cover living expenses. Funding is possible for a period of three months in summer or fall. German language requirements vary according to the internship placement. Undergraduates who are Alumni from the RISE Germany program are also eligible to apply.

Cultural Vistas’ Internship Program in Germany provides excellent opportunities for students to gain valuable international work skills, improve German language abilities, and experience German life and culture firsthand.

Our staff works with an array of global partner organizations to place participants in professional internships that reflect their background and career goals. Companies range from small family-owned businesses to multinational holdings.

Internship placements are available in a variety of fields, including, but not limited to: Business, Engineering, Finance, Tourism, IT, Media/Communications, International relations, Nonprofit sector, German studies, and Economics.

Ireland
Deadline: January 15, 2021

Cultural Vistas’ Internship Program in Ireland provides U.S. and Canadian students and young professionals with internship placements in the greater Dublin area.

Internships are available in a variety of fields, including, but not limited to, marketing, agriculture, business, tourism, IT, media/communications, the nonprofit sector, journalism, design, and economics. Internships in specialized fields, such as engineering or law, may be possible; please contact us to find out if your intended field is eligible. Internships between four weeks and 12 weeks are possible.

All internships are unpaid; however, scholarships are available to qualified participants. All participants receive a scholarship application following acceptance to the program.

Summer Research Internship / Research Collaboration
South Korea

We are looking for highly motivated students in deep learning research, especially in the drug discovery domain. Ideal candidates are those who have a strong background in deep/machine learning. The internship will be done during the summer, while research collaboration can be done at any time. Both of the formats are paid positions. The goal of these two programs is to publish top-tier research papers and/or patents.
