It’s been too long since the last Prima Strada newsletter. Back in March the world jumped on a roller coaster the likes of which we had never before experienced. All of our lives changed dramatically. I found it hard to find words to write.
We’ve been busy pivoting, as so many have. Making changes to enable Prima Strada to continue to make great food and more importantly, at the heart of what we do, provide hospitality to our communities.
We’ve been focused on the good and how to continue to make that happen. It’s meant some big changes in the pizzerias and we appreciate your continued support and for rolling with it.
We’re HUGE fans of meal “hacks.” A hack, in our house, is a great meal in 30 minutes or less: made at home or with help – think pizza, salad, gelato or tiramisu from Prima Strada. Honestly, it’s our favorite meal hack.
The Prima Strada team has made our favourite house made goods available to go. There's sausage, pepperoni, polenta, pesto, honey balsamic vinaigrette, gelato, sorbetto and tiramisu. Great goods that can easily make a meal or two.
Our house made goods make great meal hacks. We’ve loaded up the fridge and freezer cases in the pizzerias – grab the goods and go! We hope our favorites will become yours and more importantly, help make your day a little easier.

P.S. Our team convinced me I was the best person to show you how we use our house made goods at home. Creating these videos was an unexpectedly great time. Admittedly, there are a few too many "ums" and "awesome"s but I hope you find some inspiration.
