We would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your loved ones a happy and healthy Christmas. It's been a tough year for everyone, but we are overwhelmed by your support during this tumultuous time. Many of you have been very kind in offering your thanks for our staying open (even when it was just my valiant son and me!), but I was certain that many, like us here, would find solace in our stitching this year. Your support has helped us grow (and have to register for VAT!) and we will continue to do all we can to bring you the best in stitchy goodness.

CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES:
The last 1st Class shipping day is Monday, the 21st of December. We will generally be closed from the 22/12/20 to 3/1/21 but will be shipping on the 30th of December for online orders only.

SAMPLER OF THE MONTH CLUB UPDATE:
The Sampler of the Month Club is being kitted today, and invoices will be sent out shortly. The threads, from Country Cottage Needleworks, were delayed so we sourced as many of the threads as we could from another distributor. Sadly, a few of the colours for part one are missing but due very soon so will follow shortly.

WELCOME TO LINDY STITCHES
We would like to welcome Steph Webb, the designer behind Lindy Stitches, to the Patchwork Rabbit family. Steph started designing in 2015 as 'Lindy Stitches' which has grown fantastically, expanding into shops worldwide, as well as being featured in magazines like Just Cross Stitch and Punch Needle and Primitive Stitcher. She has contributed to the needlework community online on Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube. Her whimsical cross stitch patterns and samplers allow you to unleash your inner artist. She lives in Indiana with her my husband and three children.

'Hannah Hird 1854' is a reproduction of a sampler stitched by 10 year old Hannah, finished in 1854.
|

'Mary Miller 1842' an American sampler stitched while Mary was living in North Kortright N.Y she completed her sampler at the age of 12.

We have added a number of new colours to our 6-ply Valdani threads catalogue. From 'Pale Petals' to 'Melancholic Purple' check out our new range here. If you are interested in Valdani Pearl #12 then please let us know and we will stock up.
You can now find Mill Hill 'Frosted' and 'Petite' beads available on the website in various colours giving you more options for your beading needs.

BOOK OF DAYS 2021 by Needle Work Press
Like us, I'm sure you are looking ahead to 2021, and are hoping to leave 2020 firmly in the past.
' A Needlework Enthusiast's Book of Days for 2021', published by Needle Work Press, is a month-at-a-glance calendar featuring quotes, vintage art and an antique alphabet chart. The calendar size is a 9 by 12 softcover calendar book with the twelve months of the year. Each month has a section where you can write your notes & musings, add your stitching plans, notes and adorn with your favourite stickers. No doubt, this will help to get 2021 off to a good stitching start.

SHIPPING UPDATE
Despite improved shipping times, we are still experiencing severe shipping delays internally and from the US. Please allow extra time for deliveries and understand that once a packet leaves us, we have no control over it, despite it being sent first class.
We are also struggling to get threads and fabrics from the US with delays of up to six months or more on your orders.
Make sure you sign up to our email notification service to get an email as soon as your desired product becomes available.
