The eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month of 1918 marked the start of a temporary cessation of hostilities between the Allied nations and Germany. That armistice culminated in the Treaty of Versailles, which officially brought an end to “the war to end all wars” - also known as The Great War. In 1919, President Wilson proclaimed November 11th to be Armistice Day, and in 1954, after World War II, President Eisenhower signed the “Veteran’s Day Proclamation” which, among other things, changed the name of our November 11th holiday to Veteran’s Day. We are confident that every owner joins us in honoring all of our veterans for their willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common good. POAA remembers.

We are thankful for all who risk their own health, safety and well-being, as well as their loved ones, to help feed their communities and grow their small businesses. We remember that PF executives stayed at home planning the safest road to office re-entry. We remember when PF executives were open, honest and transparent, which is why we are so frustrated that they leveraged the novel coronavirus spike in demand for themselves by refusing to honor the promise to promote our DSD sales over PF's own central warehouse sales. Countless owners who helped PF become the crown jewel of CPB, are deeply concerned that PF is now eroding their equity by shifting its trade spend budget, stale losses and technology costs to their small businesses.
