A system denotes the purchase of a screwdriver, controller, and cable using a 1 to 1 ratio. Smart Motion torque arms, a complete system denotes the purchase of torque reaction arm, tool holder, and table stand. Free systems must be of equal or lesser value and do not include accessories such as table stands, switchboxes, bit trays, or barcode scanners. Kolver reserves the right to select both new and refurbished torque testers depending on stock & availability. All torque testers under this promotion carry a valid calibration certificate and our standard 1 year warranty.
