The National Helpline: Treatment referral and information about mental and/or substance use disorders, prevention, and recovery.

Recovery Centers of America: RCA has one mission: Help 1 million patients achieve a life of recovery by providing evidence-based alcohol and drug addiction treatment in your neighborhood.
 

Connection is a key aspect of sobriety and recovery. Due to physical distancing, many organizations have adapted to online platforms to connect those in recovery. Here are a few resources.

Navigating the Holidays Sober

The holidays are a difficult time for those in recovery – especially during the pandemic.  Some helpful tips include: plan ahead, make new traditions, HALT triggers in their tracks, identify your support system, and find support for sobriety.
