Where are some areas in your body that you know immediately you're holding onto emotions, stories, traumas, excess mucous or fluids intentionally, un-intentionally or subconsciously.
If you don't sense anything - that's okay - you can just focus in on the whole human vessel.
Bring to mind the area(s) where you're holding things, see if you can see an image or story that appears....

- What if you set an intention to direct love and healing light to the area(s), how does that feel - or does the area(s) allow this flow of love/healing light?

Whether you're having issues or not - invite in the Pink Lotus Absolute Oil to bathe and anoint your body in it's sacred higher vibration nector that will take you to a place of remembrance of your divinity so that you can create the healing, shifts and transformation of any area(s) you feel or brought to mind from a state of being of your full empowered divinity.
