A Message from
Mayor Wilson

National Disability Day, which will be held on Thursday, December 3, is a day to build compassion and foster understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities—whether physical or mental. Disability Day is observed to help ensure people have equal opportunities for work, play, health, and success. People with disabilities are equal members of our society and today is all about appreciating them. I encourage you to help raise awareness by becoming an advocate, lending a helping hand, and showing compassion.
