It's time to Celebrate...
It started in 2014. I wanted to create something new in the change learning space. An opportunity for individuals to get a foundational level understanding of the people side of change and strategies to deal with it. A course for those already working in the space to understand a broad base toolset to benefit their practice. It needed to educate all those people asked to deliver change off the side of their desks as part of an already overpacked workload. This was the vision and mission of the Certified Change Agent program. Its hard to believe that after 100s of attendees we now reach the 50th running of the course this December 2-4
