I want to personally welcome you to Young Dermatology!
It has been an eventful year for all of us, to say the least. In the midst of a pandemic, I opened my new practice. To me, the timing could not have been more appropriate - this journey has been an opportunity for renewal and transformation, and more importantly, the chance to do better and reinvent myself. I have always dreamt of building a practice where my patients may receive the most optimum care possible, without barriers. My mission is to be deserving of your trust, regardless of unanticipated challenges and uncertainties in the field of medicine. Young Dermatology was built with that goal in mind. With updated, state-of-the art technology and premium skin care products, we strive to offer you the best possibilities, relevant to your care. The new startup also gave me the opportunity to remodel the new clinic space and introduce innovations compatible with COVID19 precautions, as your safety is paramount.
My practice would not be possible without the hard work, tenacity, dedication and unwavering support of my entire team, including my talented and well-meaning architects, contractors, various specialists and consultants, suppliers, marketing and website specialists, industry partners, and especially, my loyal and amazing staff. Above all, this practice would not be possible without you. We are only here because of you, and we are committed to learning and improving ourselves continuously, to do better. COVID19 grounds us, and I have come to realize that the precious relationships that we nurture and treasure, are the most important. We are so grateful that you are in our lives.
With many blessings and good wishes from you, we have been busy from the first day we opened clinic in September. To my patients who have followed me in the last decade and a half, thank you, once again, for allowing me to remain in your service. It has truly been my honor to learn from you. To my new patients, welcome to our family. My team and I look forward to discovering your skincare journey with us.

COVID19 pushed back the normal care of patients, at every level, in every field. In the last few months, I have seen an increase in new skin cancer diagnoses compared to the rest of the year. This is a reflection of the delay in routine skin cancer surveillance examinations.
We must take all safety precautions to protect our patients during the pandemic. At the same time, we must not neglect to take care of our patients’ important medical conditions. Neglect of proper surveillance and preventative care can lead to negative outcomes in the near future.
