Happy Saturday! Hope you are well. This week on the blog we're talking all about oatmeal. It's a relatively short one looking at the different types, from steel cut to instant, and a few ideas for how to jazz it up.

I am working on various ways to eat yogurt after buying 12 different kinds for last week's yogurt treatise on the blog. This is one of my favourites, from dietitian Shannon Crocker.
It's a Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip with a plain Greek yogurt base. And yes, it tastes as good as it looks.
Planning question for you
I am LOVING the group online program I launched last month, From Surviving to Thriving: The roadmap to eating well after a heart event so you can feel better and get back to living.
One person who missed the registration deadline has asked if I'm running it again, so I wanted to get a sense if anyone else might be interested. Perhaps we could do another group in January.
