Lessons from nature. Nature lessons.

What lessons are you receiving from nature these days? For me, its how to embrace change, be in community, find balance, and be rooted in my true nature.

Everytime I step outside and into nature, I am receive reminders and new lessons of how to live in a world filled with diversity, duality, and cycles of life. Think of a tree -- it is rooted and lifted, relies on what is below and above, creates and destroys, has high productive and dormant seasons, and provide for self and others even long after it is dead. Think of lichen (which many of you know I don't just like but LOVE) -- it is created by a symbiotic relationship of fungus and algae, it can break down rocks and create humus, and is an indicator of air quality.

Taking cues from nature, I hope that we all are able to do hard things, work together, celebrate our differences and successes, and have gratitude for the gifts we give and receive. See you soon as we come together for a
nature yogAdventures online and in-person.

With love and gratitude,
