I hope you and your family are keeping well and safe in these troubled Covid times.
I would like to notify you of the arrangements for the first Annual General Meeting of Westbourne Community Trust and invite you to attend. You can find the agenda for the meeting, a copy of the accounts and a progress report summarising the work of the Trust since it was formed in November 2018 at these links.
As you can appreciate in the current circumstances we cannot hold our Annual General Meeting face to face in the customary format in a public room or hall. We have been advised that in the current circumstances, with Covid restrictions, it is acceptable for the meeting to take place online. We therefore intend to hold the meeting by Zoom. The meeting will take place on Thursday 3 December 2020 commencing at 7.00pm.
We would really appreciate it if you are able to spare some time to attend. If you would like to attend please respond to frank@westbournecommunitytrust.org and then we can send you the link to the Zoom Meeting.
Also there is an opportunity to ask questions of the Trustees or to be elected to the Board of Trustees. If you would like to ask a question or to be considered for election please confirm this in your email response. We will only be able to receive and respond to questions notified in advance.
If you wish to see the Rules of the Trust, which set out the arrangements for governance, you can find them on the Trust’s website.
