Anthony's story

While working has certainly become harder over the years as Anthony’s MS symptoms have worsened, he's never considered giving up on work altogether. Instead he approached Multiple Solutions to come up with a plan. Since seeking help he has moved to a desk job in an office with a more accessible floor plan and reduced his hours to manage fatigue.

Peer Mentoring Program - Pt Lincoln & Pt Pirie

Learn skills to support others living with multiple sclerosis. This pilot training program was created to ensure that people living with MS in regional areas have essential one-on-one support during a new diagnosis of MS and at the various stages of their MS. Become a Peer Mentor by joining us next week for our full-day workshops. We will be in Pt Lincoln on Tuesday 24th and Pt Pirie on Thursday 26th. Wellness series | Nuriootpa

When: Saturdays 21 & 28 November, 10am-12pm
Where: Country Wide Health, Nuriootpa

This two-week Wellness Series gives you the tools to live well with MS. Join us for expert advice on exercise, pilates, mindfulness and fatigue management. Each session includes a fitness activity and an interactive education session.

Virtual MS Exercise Groups 

When: Tuesdays and Fridays, 9:30am

Our MS physios are running 45 minute exercise classes. Classes are run using the online video conferencing platform, Zoom. Exercises can be done sitting or standing, and focus on mobility, strength and balance. 

Virtual Yoga 

When: Mondays 12:30pm, Wednesdays 6:30pm and Saturdays 9am

Join us for virtual yoga classes via Zoom. Learn yoga poses and breathing exercises from qualified yoga instructors. Chair options are provided.
