Sunday's Sermon:

A firm unwavering hope in God's sovereign goodness allows Christians to be at rest, almost careless, because we know the King of all kings and Lord of all lords. Yesterday we considered five stabilizing truths to help us navigate unstable times.

No purpose of God's can be thwarted (Job 42:2).
Every decision is from the LORD (Proverbs 16:33).
The LORD turns the king's heart wherever he will (Proverbs 21:1).
Even the most unexpected and surprising events are predetermined by God (Acts 4:19-28).
God and the Lamb are central to everything (Revelation chapters 4-5).
