With growing community interest in Platinum memberships, we have updated our pricing structure to increase the transparency and equity of our membership program. Call For Candidates for the 2021 Executive Council
Nominations are now open for community-elected and council-elected members of the Carpentries Executive Council! If you are interested in participating, either by self-nominating or nominating a qualified individual for one of the open seats, please read this guide to applying and FAQ by the current Executive Council. Through regular engagements with researchers, this Engineer will help with the refactoring of several R packages to improve the code design, unit testing, performance of statistical/numerical libraries, and cloud-readiness. Additionally, the Engineer will build containers (Docker, Singularity) and port the R packages to Python modules.
