Well Work - 11/10/2020
Dear Bishops Gate Residents -
A part of the main well shaft has either broken or a bearing has gone bad. NOTE: this does NOT effect the integrity of the well itself, only the hardware inside.
US Water will be out 11/10/2020 (weather-permitting) to troubleshoot and come up with the solution. This will not effect water usage/outages at this time as we are already running off of the backup well (which is why some residents may have experienced some air in the lines which hopefully has been addressed).
We will assess the financial impact here, hoping it is minimal/isolated.
