Munder - Skiles Now Open in Hubbard Woods!
Winnetka welcomed Munder - Skiles to Hubbard Woods this week. This exterior furniture store offers handcrafted customized chairs, tables, benches and chaises. Their Hubbard Woods store has retail items including lighting, rugs, mirrors, planters and their trademark Tangleknot™ Bags. Shopping Fundraiser at J. McLaughlin on November 19
J. McLaughlin at 567A Lincoln Avenue is hosting a holiday shopping event and fundraiser for the Hadley Institute for the Blind and Visually Impaired. The event takes place on Thursday, November 19 from 4 PM - 7 PM. Additional shopping days are Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21 from 10 AM - 5 PM. Customers can also place orders over the phone or email. Please remember to wear a mask and socially distance inside the store. Contact store manager Deb McMahon to place your order.

Winter Coat Drive At Cafe Fleurette
Help a child in need this holiday season. Donate a winter coat, hat, gloves or scarf to the Chicago Children's Advocacy Center to help children who are survivors of abuse. Drop off at Cafe Fleurette, 754 Elm Street. Saturdays 9 AM - 11 AM.

Outdoor Seating Permits Extended through December 31
The Village of Winnetka is extending existing outdoor seating permits until December 31, 2020. Any business that has a permit for use of the public sidewalk for outdoor seating is approved to use that space until the end of 2020. Please contact the Village for more information on procedures for inclement weather.

Winnetka Disbursed $172,500 in Sales Tax Rebates
The Village is working hard to make sure eligible businesses apply for the Sales Tax Rebate Program. Since the program opened on August 26, the Village has dispersed $172,500 in sales tax rebate to 38 Winnetka businesses. Deadline to apply for the Village of Winnetka Local Sales Tax Rebate Program is Tuesday, December 1. Visit our website to download an application!

Decorate Your Storefront Windows For The Holidays
Turn Winnetka's business districts into a Winter Wonderland! Decorate your business storefront and enter into the Winnetka-Northfield Chamber of Commerce's Holiday Storefront Decorating Contest!
Free to participate! To get started, email Liz Paul at the Chamber of Commerce and she will drop off voting materials to your store.
Customers vote for their favorite window in Winnetka between November 20 and December 6. Scan the QR code in the window to vote or visit the Chamber's website to vote. Winner will be announced December 8. Last year's winner was Phototronics in Hubbard Woods.
