What inspired you to enter the law profession?
I was inspired to become a lawyer after doing a 6-month internship with Centro Legal de la Raza when I was a senior in college. Based on my experience there, I wrote a thesis on the obstacles that undocumented immigrants face in the legal system. I saw first-hand that Spanish-speaking attorneys were instrumental in providing access to justice for the Latino/a undocumented community.
